- What is Arkx?
- Arkx is a spreadsheet-native data platform for analysts in small and mid-sized businesses. It connects to your data sources, lets you transform data in a visible step-by-step flow, analyze it in a real spreadsheet on top of governed tables, and publish a single source of truth to your BI tools.
- Who is Arkx for?
- Finance analysts and controllers in SMBs who spend their cycle exporting CSVs, reshaping data, and rebuilding spreadsheet models by hand — and want to spend that time analyzing instead.
- How is Arkx different from Excel plus Power BI?
- Excel and Power BI both read whatever you feed them. Arkx replaces the manual feeding: connect a source once, transform it step by step in a visible flow with full column lineage, and analyse in a spreadsheet that queries governed tables live — so the formulas you already know stay, but the numbers underneath are always current and traceable.
- Where do AI agents fit in?
- Agents work through the same visible pipeline you do — extract, clean, analyse — and leave the same traceable trail every other step in Arkx leaves. They pull from your tables, clean them, and help shape the analysis. Publishing data outward stays a human decision; agents don't open your data to the outside world.
- What data sources does Arkx connect to?
- Native connectors for e-conomic, Dinero, Fortnox, Shopify, Stripe, Google Sheets and more, plus AI extraction from PDFs, scans, emails, and messy Excel exports.
- Which BI tools can read from Arkx?
- Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Metabase can all query the governed tables you publish, live from the source — no exports, no stale copies.
- How do I get access?
- Arkx is pre-launch. Join the waitlist with your email to get notified at launch and lock in discounted pricing, or apply to the Design Partner program to get early access and help shape the platform.
- Where is my data stored?
- All of our servers are hosted in the EU, where your data is securely stored. Because Arkx is based in Denmark, we are compliant with GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act.
- Where are the AI agents hosted?
- We only use GPU's in EU and open source models, so no data is sent out of EU and to any AI companies like OpenAI, Anthropic etc.

- Arkx is built in Copenhagen, Denmark.
